Yeah I’ve got one just down the road but just been to the website and searched for it and nothing comes up under ardex or tanking.. looks like on their website they only sell tiles :/

I don’t know the Hanwell store personally, so don’t know what they stock. But generally they’re all similar, and all stock the basics like boards and tanking kits.

Just went to CTD and opened a trade account and got the Ardex kit with some cement/foam boards with the washers. I’ll tank the joins, silicone the bath to the boards and then tile (do the cement/foam boards need to be primed? I can’t remember and my course notes are at home - I’m sure I prime everything regardless, right? SBR of course ).

Do I need to drill a pilot hole through the cement/foam board before driving a screw through it?

if its the foam stuff then no just a sharp screw and washer
