Haha!.....not the best but the prep needs doing, latex up and applied again then tiled, gonna put a high price in as its a mare !

Bend him over good and propper! He might take more care next time. Reminds me of the builder that mixed slc 50\50 with sand a couple months back for me.

Just type concrete grinder in on ebay eibenstock make one bosch also even sparky the list goes on there about 400 500 just buy one you'll fine a use for it
