Doing large bathroom with Gazzini porceline 12" x24", having trouble cutting this tile. Long and short ways. Using Rubi Viper 10" on two different saws.
Blade seems to bend when cutting . Never had trouble cutting porceline tile. Thanks Ron

Are your tables square to your blade? Is your blade spinning the right way? Also if your blade is rounded on one side from easing edges or naughty blade abuse it’s going to push one way then the back of the blade will align with the kerf and try to push it back or take more material. Get a framing square and a dressing stone and clean your arbor and backer plates. Or just buy a new blade.

Table and blade are square to each other. Brand new Rubi Viper 10" blade.
Have dressed the blade several times but no difference. Could blade be getting hot because of pump not putting out enough water. I'll change pump if it will help. Blade direction maybe problem but Viper didn't have an arrow on it. Thanks for answering my problem.

I changed direction of blade and dressed the blade, seems to work better. Thanks
