If the OP bought the stock pictures or has permission to use them no laws broke but if he has simply took them from the internet to entice customers to believe he did it then thats dishonest and also an act of plagiarism ...

Not sure what you're getting at but when it comes to my work I don't lie because I don't need to, quite simple really.
