Timber Floor Not Level

I have Tiled a small bathroom Floor, it is running out of level by about 2 inches. I decided to follow the floor, but the bath panel is now showing that its not level. Should I have made it level and then leave the customer with a 2 inch step up/ dot and dab the tiles as the floors so out or tell the customer it couldn't be helped as their floor was so out!
Any advice would be Great!!

It depends which way the floor is sloping........ if you need to make up the floor at door end then your 6'6" owner might not be too happy............

Floor is sloping towards the door. Customer is not happy because she thinks water will go under the gap from the bath panel to the floor?

Is it a new suite? ... Did the plumber not tell her that the floor was that far out of level and does the water from the toilet overspill the brim?

Its a bathroom refurbishment here are the photos..

By the time it got to the door it was. The customer is refusing to pay because of this now so any advice would be great.. other than quit lol

Not much you can do now barring rip it up and level the floor. You may have to go down that road if they're not paying for any work done.

Its not just the floor/ cement board she is not paying for its the whole 28m2 that I have supplied materials for.

If you didn't point out the floor and give the option to level it you're gonna have to rip it up. Bad times!

No just the gap between the bath panel and the floor tiles. But has decided not to allow me back to rectify or pay.

Sounds like a silly cow, imagine if you leveled it and left a 2" or more step at the door, she would sue you for a trip hazard

If it is only the bath panel she is worried about scribe in the bath panel you should have a bit to play with under the lip of the bath.

Rubbish, she sounds like she's trying to get a lovely bathroom for free.
Rest of the tiling looks spot on!!
I don't know what to suggest, can you get the bath panel off, use it to make a small plinth in the same profile and then refit?
Schluter do a shapeable bendy trim in chrome I think which you might be able to use.....?

Also she was always at work when I was there so no one there to make a decision

Sorry to hear this mate.. whats the situation between you and the client ? can you talk things through ?
You had two options tile it level.. massive step i did this once the client freaked out !!! or tiles it as it is you can get a bath panel to suit the unlevel floor ould this be an option ? Client must pay for the wall tiling plus materials

ok this is a game of poker so first you need to load your hand .i total agree with you and will come back and not leave a bad job behind me that you are not happy with .how much did the tiles cost .so i can get some more .to replace the floor .will she say ok .now you go back put the cash in her hand .and say it wont take me long to chop these up as i cant leave a bad job behind me .you have now paid for the replacements.now you hold all the cards .you wont get to chop any up .just wait for the rest of your money dont leave intill you have it .record all you are saying .every time i have played these cards.i have won .when dealing with rubbish bury them deap
