Hi Guys and Gals,

As most of you will have already seen the new training session is to held at Diamond Training on 29th May 2009.

We have had a reasonable reponse so far but would like to see a few more of you come along.

We have decided to give you guys the option................................

1. £25.00 booking deposit and will receive vouchers worth over £100

2. £25.00 booking deposit which will be refunded if you attend the training

yep sure is stevee...the booking fee is just to stop trainees not turning up after booking a slot that could have gone to another...

Cheque is no problem, contact Aaron with your details or you can pay with credit card on the website (not paypal).

When you turn up you have the option of either taking the vouchers (over £100 for various sources) or we'll refund your deposit the same way you paid it.

I am just awaiting confirmation but i hope to be having a rep from Mapei attending and also 365 Drills so you will gain more than just knowledge of ufh.

The last one was held in Bradford at YTA and i am sure we will hold another there in the future.

I am yet to speak with Darren at NETT to see if we could use his facilites. All i can say at the moment keep looking out in the UFH section for further training sessions around the uk.

I will eventually get to see most of you.

It is with regret that we have to postpone the Underfloor Heating Training course at Diamond Training on the 29th May 2009.

If you’d paid a deposit to attend then a full refund is currently being done by the same method as you paid, i.e. paypal, credit card etc. Letters are being sent to confirm the refund.

We hope to be able to offer an alternative date , and of course would like to apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused, though we trust that our timely advice of postponement should minimize that inconvenience.

In the meantime advice or guidance on underfloor heating generally, or indeed more specifically our own underfloor heating products is available on the forum or during normal office hours by email ([email protected]) or telephone (01394 384077). Keith, Adam, Steven, David or myself will be pleased to help all we can.

Again please accept our apologies for this postponement.
