Lifting Tiles

How easy/difficult is it to lift two porcelain tiles which have scratches on them?🙁 The floor is now finished but the two tiles in question with the scratches on them is right in the middle of the floor.

Pretty straightforward m8, just break the old ones out being careful not to damage surrounding tiles, clean off all old grout and adhesive from surrounding tiles and floor then stick yer new ones in!

as stated by trevortine it is straigh forward. start in centre of tile with hammer and work towards egdges bieng careful not to chip surrounding tiles, clean out area and if dusty prime and relay tiles. GOOD LUCK MATE!!

Rake the grout out around the tiles being removed, drill holes in each corner of the tiles then hit the middle of each tile with a hammer, the impact in the middle of the tile should cause cracks from the centre to the 4 holes you drilled, then just chisel the remains away.

scrape out old grout and smack with hammer
clean out old addi and restick,regrout

tiles are porcelain varley mate, be a bit hard to drill lol lol lol but would work a treat on ceramics nice tip mate.......

I used a cheap SD drill took them out no bother!
clean addh and relay new, grout. done.

Very true m8, and you don't want to be wearing down your diamond bits on replacing tiles.

and be sure to cover up kitchen cabinets etc, bit of tile may go flying around, you don't wanna get anything chipped or scratched.
