I've been tiling for last 16 years or so. I've noticed that pro tilers use great tile cutters but often overlook hand tools. How often you bought trowel that lasted 2 jobs? I sometimes struggled with bad grout float for weeks. It all changed when I started to use Kubala tools from Poland.
In fact I liked so much that I decided to become their distributor in the UK and they say yes. We are bringing those tools to some specialist tile shops in London starting next week then hopefully to store near you.
I've listed some trowels and grout floats on eBay but not sure if I'm allowed to post links here?

Here is some pics but you need to hold it in hand to appreciate ergonomics and balance.

@Andy Allen I'm not gonna mention the brand but it was lacquer coated trowel that pealed actually after one job.
@Cstiling good idea. I'll send a trowel or grout float to first 3 people to PM me. :0

Welcome Lucas, personally it's grout floats I've struggled with, most shops seem to stock terrible cheap ones round here, and ive had a few bad ones off the internet too
