Ouch - Wouldn't sleep at night if I turned out work like this, really feel for you. Agree with previous posts that setting out was way off the mark and needs starting again.

From experience in my previous career I would suggest a firm, but very calm and assertive approach indicating the faults and what you expect from the job.

Get the plumber and electrician on site together - point out it's their reputation at stake, and the Electrician - if he's worth his salt should stick up for you based on his recommendation that the plumber could 'tile'. My line would be that you'll pay the bill only if they get a pro tiler in to sort the job out. If all else fails and they don't play ball then a gentle suggestion of small claims court to cover all costs should do the trick....Good Luck

can't really say anything that hasn't already been said....I wouldn't even give him the chance to put it right because if he can't do it right in the first place, what hope has he got of putting it right..

Wow, such a simple job!!!!

My DIY skills prior to course were better than that. Sorry to hear about this, it seems to be happening more and more. 🙁

i would bet that his plumbing skills are also poor because
any proper tradesman would not leave work as bad as this,
even outside his own particular trade.

I have seen some bad work but this takes the buscuit, don't pay a penny for it,you don't want to look at that everytime you visit your bathroom.
Think of the long term aspects of it. I'd be sick evertime i visited it.
Hope you sort these cowboys out before they do it on some other poor being.

not alot i can add to this poor work carried out by a poor tradesman as mentioned speak to him calmly and try to come to a decision if all else fails then court is your only option you could be in for a bumpy ride but i hope you get this all sorted
