Tiles won’t stick to bsa membrane

hi advise is needed please I’m not a professional, we installed a wet room in December
Maxxus former
Bsa membrane
Mapei flexible adhesive
Ceramic tiles
Thought we had done a good job however this week we have noticed some of the tiles are squishing water through when we lifted said tiles they don’t seem to have stuck to the mebrane what have we done wrong.

Pictures always help.

It's a bitumen membrane.
Why oh why oh why (etc etc etc) do people still install these?
Cement just doesn't like bitumen.
Underfloor heating definitely doesn't like bitumen.
Hot water makes it melt and release oil into the already weak adhesive bond.

With these membranes, if installed correctly you will achieve waterproofing. But in my experience everything on top gets ruined.

Am I right in thinking impey still have it as an option , if so why as waterguard is a far better product .

Impey used to make a Bitumin membrane. You had to limit the temp of the UFH. It’s now been superseded by waterguard.

I think many plumbers merchants are still supplying devil's flypaper because it's simply old stock.
I've been presented with it recently and sent it back to exchange for the new one (which is better but still rubbish in my opinion)

Do you not use membranes or do you use them but a better one in your opinion

I’ve only used impey and another, (I’ve only done about 10 wet rooms )no idea which ones they were, but I most defo preferred the impey way than any other , although impey is hard work , I prefer it to paste

A tiling primer - if you are happy with the Mapei adhesive then use the mapei primer. you can buy it 1kg bottles and that is all you will need.

PRIMER G - https://www.mapei.com/gb/en/products-and-solutions/products/detail/primer-g

Although primer G is an excellent product , I see no need to add another layer of any primer to a waterproof membrane. Just make sure it’s clean an dust free. IMHO the tile adhesive is meant to fix direct to the membrane.
What type of adhesive did you use 1st time round?
