I find taking pictures of your work often doesnt do it justice ,in narrow rooms it is particularly difficult, all my pictures are taken on my nokia n95 camera phone but i am thinking of buying a cannon g10 as a pro photographer told me that this was the best point and shoot with a good wide angle feature, which camera/ camrea phone do you use and are you happy with the pictures you get from it?The pictures i have posted are of a small shower room which highlights the difficultly of taking pictures in small rooms

You're right gary, hard for us tilers to get a good picture my best work was in a 3 x 1 room but impossible (for me) to capture it.

i would like pics of my work but i just cant get my phone to take a decent pic in a small space

I have been told that you need a camera with a wide angle lens, in larger areas a camera phone will take good pictures

I've quite a few good cameras (£300-£500) but I've given up on them now until I spend around £1k on professional entry level SLR with wide angle lens (£200). after using my mates to take some interior shots it makes my camera look like it's from FisherPrice! As you say you need to be able to see the detail so you can show off your work

I take mine on a casio 7.2 megapixel camera, they look ok(ish) but the 'set' button has stuck and I can't reduce the pixel size to upload onto TF

Check out the Fujifilm F30, great little camera, could perhaps do with a slightly wider angle lens but takes great pics.

i use lexmark imaging studio to reduce the size of my photos, i shrink them down to 600x450 and they seem to post ok at this size

My brother inlaw has set up his own photography business over the last month.

He took some great pics of my son for me in black and white.

If any of you lads would like some pro pics done for yer webbies etc i can let you have his number, he would do u a great deal too.

Once you get into wide angle lenses, you start to get distortion in vertical and horizontal straight lines. the wider you go the worse the distortion gets.

has always been the case for me aswell, nice job, but once ou get the camera out it loks boring as hell and not much in the shot! friend of mine waffles on about buying his new SLR so i think ill put some work in his way. my odl man has an SLR so ill try that out too
