We are looking for a tiler to install porcelain tiles to a kitchen, bathroom, garage floor, changing rooms, and a swimming pool area. This is a very high end house and your work must be perfect. If any tiles need to be removed because of poor workmanship, we will deduct the cost of the tiles from the money you earn so please only apply for this job if you know your work is good enough.

Floor tiles £12/sq m approx 230 sq m
Wall tiles £16/sq m approx 50 sq m

Also to follow: glass mosaic tiles inside the pool £20/sq m

We also have a requirement for a marble installation crew. Must be able to template, cut and install marble. Approx 300 sq m crema marfil on the floors and 4 large bathrooms. All marble to be bookmatched.

Must have UTR and cscs.

Please reply enclosing pictures of work you have previously done.

I get this all the time from other tradesmen emailing me asking for quotes by email without viewing. Quick google search & catch them out before replying. Always fun
