I'd tend to agree with Leo(Westerhope tiles) - 110 Manhatten by Mapei - a mid/light grey colour. This would still keep the tiles individual but tone down the starkness of a white joint.

Did a bathroom in these tiles last year, (not bad for B&Q) not sure if I used black or Anthracite but it looked the biz. shower area to ceiling then splashback the rest of the bath, brushed stainless flat trim for the edge
whether it was because this bathroom had lots of natural light? but these tiles (black and shiny remember) reflected a lot of light and even the black grout left them individual.

Hi Faithealer

Oh so it does look nice with black grout - you wouldn't have any pics would you?

The bathroom doesn't have any natural light so I am happy to go with white in there but the kitchen is so bright and thought I could get away with the Black in there but am so confused now??? AAARRRGGGHHH!!

asked the customer to email me some

Ahhhh thanks Mate, that's really kind of you!! Ooooh I can't wait to see this now, will definitely help me make up my mind

Haha I love this site, you are all so helpful, apart from Dave lol, red grout wth???

Now I've found you I'll be back when it comes to the floor tiles, have opted for Crystalstone Midnight black, found through Tilesporcelain. I definitely know its black grout all the way with those.

If anyone knows of anywhere where I could get them cheaper than would be nice :hurray:.
put mapei glitter grout in your sparkle tiles

What there really is glitter grout? I thought the guy that suggested that was pulling my leg!

Where could I get that?

Ok now you are talking French to me.... I will go to the shop and be a typical girl and ask for Mapei and will they know what I am talking about?

Yep!! It was the red that did it!! but you have certainly redeemed yourself with the bling grout supplier!!

:yikes:

600x600 or 600x300, haven't decided yet, but seen as though I have gone for the brick style wall tiles I will probably go for the 600x600 - what do you think?

Oooooh a new Tile Giant has just opened near me, I will pop down there and see what they have!
