Thought I would start a thread in which we could list any deals or out of the ordinary supplier's or just mention any company's which have give exhalent service you have received.

I'll start with a find for leveling clips from Online Ironmongery store, Tile leveling systems. Shippings to England - FerramentaWeb
I bought there Block levelling clip and found the service, delivery and product exhalent.

I have also opened a account with Underfloor Heating Systems | The Underfloor Heating Store
I can Say i am extremely please with the price of all there products, used there electric and water ufh and used insulation boards. The service, free next day delivery, Tec help and quote turn round is second to none.

What are your top tips and bargains, not just uk, but European suppliers as well.

The levelling system you purchased Julian seems just like Raimondi....is it just the price the reason you bought it.

It is in all but name and a slightly different base shape. Have done a 40mt 600x600 floor in them and am using them in a wetroom today and work exactly the same as the Raimondi ones.
The Italian one worked out at 2.5p compared to about 11p per clip delivered for the UK Raimondi one's. So a great price

Yes to wedges, perfect fit.
Think I paid about £50 for postage for 6000 clips, 3 big boxes

I found with the Raimondi ones used to get a slight shift in the tile then having to tap back into place with a rubber mallet.

I added 500 clips to the basket and the total was £22.01 which included £8.03 for shipping - very reasonable from Italy and only slightly more (postage) than kwiksplit charges.

Incidentally, I've found it's actually cheaper getting clips from kwiksplit via ebay for smaller quantities.

Really good company, good Tec team. And the office staff go out of there way to help and resolve any problems.
Only problem I have is my account manager keeps asking me how I would get over this or how would I tile that, 40 question everytime I call 😉 hasn't caught me out yet 🙂

Yes they do with these clips also, probably inherent problem with all clip/wedge systems, if you know its going to happen, no problem

Yes mate, wall and floor.
Find sometimes usin wall for floor and floor for wall makes hard to get at clips easier haha

Just have floor ones which get used on wall, couldn't see the point of two hehe

Nah....ur just being tight! Haha
There is a fair bit of difference, only reason I got wall ones cos I'd lent my floor ones out so needed another pair, so as I was wall tiling.....haha
I find both useful in both situations.
They're only a few quid, u've just saved that on 3000 clips! Haha
