Which Mapei Floor SLC/ adhesive

Still getting my head around the product range. I have a floor to do, 600 X 300 porcelain on solid floor, just lifted old tiles and there are a couple of hollows so prefer to slc it for nice level surface. Would adesilex p4 do for both slc and adhesive? Do I need to prime old adhesive/old slc with primer G?

Hi..

The P4 will suffice as a leveller as well... and primer G is suitable..but you will need to remove any loose materials first.

The cheaper option for the SLC will be Latex trade plan..

In case I use P4 for both, the tech sheet only mentions one mixing ratio, is it the same for smoothing as well as laying tiles?

I haven't actually used it for levelling... if you do want to use it for that then give mapei tech a quick ring before hand..

P4 can be used for SLC work but mainly outside use.... as not many levellers are any good outside.

To be honest, it's a very small area (3.5sqm cloakroom) and it's only a few small parts that are needing the levelling but i thought it would be easier to pour it rather than build it up. So when I saw that the P4 could be used as a leveller as well, I thought it would save on different products etc. The same mix ratio doesn't sound like it fits the bill though. I'll see what the tech dept says tomorrow.
