Level the floor? No don't think I'll bother..

Staying at my wife's cousins house in the UK this weekend and they've just had a load of work done, one job being a bathroom. They asked me to have a look at the bath panel because nobody has been able to get it to fit, they even got The Bath Store to send a new one because they we're told it was the wrong one. Anyway, after tightening the screws the retained clip screws it fits!
When I looked under the bath...
The building block gives you some idea of the level, I'll post a picture of the bath panel later.

The house has just had a huge reform ( 60k plus..) so a bit more money sorting the floor wouldn't have been a problem, it was never put to the owners.
