How best to remove old shower tray

Hello all
Having been very pleased with our bathroom refurb two years ago after finding this site very helpful, we're now onto the en-suite. Its shower has an old stone shower tray which is well cemented in place. What's the best way to remove it? Suggestions much appreciated!
