Hello all - I've just bought my first house and the morning room is completely covered in quarry tiles - Unfortunately these tiles were covered with a protective membrane and then had carpet placed over them - Resulting in a mouldy film being left - Any suggestions as to the best product/method of cleaning/restoring these tiles?

I've attached a photo below to show the state of them - Hope it's clear enough

Thanks
