Grout turning black after one use

Hi
I have just had my wet room tiled and after one use the cream coloured grout has gone black in random places grout compound has a mushy consistency when raked. Its in a few places. Anyone any ideas as to why its happened or a way to remedy it ?? Tiler said he doesn’t know why it’s happened but we need to find a solution to fix it. See below.

Original grout was down 2 weeks and shower wasn’t used and parts had turned black he came back and scraped it out on the Tuesday last week and I used the shower on the Saturday.

It’s been raked out once mate waited 3 days and back to square 1 when shower used

Sorry did i miss that bit , looks like going to have to do again , try different brand . Might be pigment in the grout ? or is it wet or is it cheap
Few years ago i started using epoxy grout in tubes , is a pain in the a to do , but few years down the road the grout and lines still look pristine .

Latest is tiler spoke to the grout supplier and he told him to redo it but let it totally set ie leave it for 12-15 days. I’ll let you know how it goes he’s comin* back on day next week. I’m not convinced but I’ve got to give it a shot

Sounds like black mould but surely can't be that quick, is there a leak under there somewhere that is being avoided because it means looking under the tiles?

12 to 15 days. Lol. I would deffo be changing brands

Have we had the brand yet? Is it even grout that's being used? Seems easy to rake out.
