Bad tiling - Tile Advice

Got a bathroom fitter in now he’s nearly finished
The standard of work is not up to standard I don’t think , he’s tiling the bathroom , He did not level the walls or any backa board or anything water resistant

You might ask him if he’s ever heard of BS 5385 (Tiling standards and code of practice)... and perhaps if he’s insured, registered with any trade body and gives a guarantee? No backer board or tanking, dot n dab adhesive application, no floor backer-board or decoupling membrane... it’s like a college example of what not to do. A proper shocker!
