Yes I have Seen tilers coat partley pre sealed tiles with oil. Then to have them dug up and start again. Or Corilo using gallons of oil and still being pourous.What difference does it make ?

I agree with getting better with age but I have only seen old floors I have done with oil and wax I'm not so sure it would be the same with acrylic sealers.That’s why we are here!
I’ve been out to report on too many disasters with terracotta and it’s the main reason why as a floor covering product it died a death.
It’s a quality product that should get better with age but of course only if it’s installed correctly.
