ive always worked on word of mouth and good contacts but I think these days I seem to get more and more people finding me online, I don't have an actual website but I think it might be time. Who's got one and has anyone used these build yourself sites? They seem cheap enough and no need for anything too fancy!

My mate done my website for me I tiled his kitchen in return, only been live about a month or so, so I'm not getting much from it just now.

Your site looks great. The colors when it opens are soft and I felt like looking around a bit. Good work.

Cheers mate still need to get more work pictures on there.
My mate Paul that designed also designed my logos etc he's a web designer for the Scottish government and does web sites in the evening at a really good price if anyone wants his help let me know

Finally got hold of my brother, so its called a google business verification code, free to apply for.

Where to enter verification code - Google My Business Help

you apply for the code, then enter it on this page, then when people look for a tiler or whatever in your area, your web page gets moved up the order, in my brothers case from page 7 before the code to bottom of page one so some jump. then I guess its a case of the number of hits on your page after that..

Not trying to be smart but the headings and words dont go with each other. The Kitchens picture talks about bathrooms and the Bathrooms and Wetrooms picture talks about Kitchens. Probably doesnt matter but first impressions count sometimes!

I'd swap your domain name to the .co.uk, it'll rank a lot better. Google isn't really favouring all these .uk .me .forum. Etc etc yet

I've had a website for a few years now its handy when you are pricing a job when I give them my card I can say if you want to see my work you can look on my website.But the best thing I have EVER done for my business is to get reviews on YELL.Com I have over 70 at the moment and I have people calling and saying they have read my reviews jobs almost mine before I even price it😛
