Won't Pay For Decoupling

I've just been repairing a job with 20mm thick limestone. Guy hadn't even mentioned decoupling to them and tiles had cracked in numerous places within months. Underfloor heated screed was down and the guy had tiled over the cracks in the screed. I wouldn't like to risk doing a stone floor without it now. It even had expansions across the doorways and still cracked

What do you guys like to stick durabase/ditra down with on anhydite? I can now get tilemaster stuff but thinking of using granfix csa as standard setting and knock up and fix a load at a time.
