Got it - but the third picture is after grouting and no colour issue....!

Ahh right got you now....aint got a clue then...maybe light was bad and you didn't notice it.....its surprising how different tiles can look throughout the day with the light casting different shadows. .

I did an expensive wetroom once and to keep the cost down the customer had a white 330mm sq tile on walls and floor. I was gutted. When any got wet it stayed blue for ages. I was mortified and customer never said anything. I guessed more embarrassed by her choice of tile.

Hi all, the tile tec said it's taken in water - likely from too neater Silicon job at the shower tray!

So, I'll dry it out, add more grout and a bit more Silicon sealant! Hopefully, that will sort it. He brought a tile with him and dunked it in some water to show the hue was the same.

What are your thoughts?

Also, how much of a job to redo the tiles above the door on plasterboard?

seems a lot of water ingress for a dodgy Silicon joint..?

as for replacing the tiles you may find it will wreck the plaster board removing the them. and that would need to be replaced.

Dodgy Silicon or a different shade,either way those 2 shower tiles are going to have to come out to find out. It can be done carefully.
The 5 tiles above the door to come out? Your choice,can you live with it?

Did you use tubbed adhesive or cement based adhesive?

Score grout lines with a sharp blade. Carefully drill holes into the tiles to weaken and then use a bolster or old chisel to to break up the tiles.

As MMA says drill holes.......If you have them I would use a set of 30mm,40mm hole cutters and prise out the cores. If not, a 10mm hammer drill bit ,not on hammer,drilling holes from the centre of the tile out to the edges of the tile to weaken it's structure.
Your saving grace is that the tile is ceramic.
