I have laid all the full tiles down on my kitchen floor and now am ready to start on the cutting.

How far under the cubboards should I tile? I was thinking of cutting them 5mm from the feet?

What do you pro's normally do?

Thanks
Craig

I'm with Sir Ramic, why cut when you can lift the leg up?

You wouldn't tile round the feet of the customer while he stands for 6 hours behind you would you?

Because its quicker to cut a tile and fix it than to screw the leg up, position the tile and then screw the leg down after the tile has set.
Personal preference really

I have cut them to the feet.

I did think about leaving them whole but looking at it again it was better to cut them as I was able to use the off cuts else where.

Problem with jacking all the legs up is there is nothing to support the units so i do both, some are cut up too and some under. Simples 🙂

i normally cut to feet but either way is fine if your tile is slightly longer you can slide a whole tile in under feet saves cutting them and as above screw down feet when addy has set job done!
