Hi all,

I've recently tiled behind a cooker hob with glass tiles which all went well.

However the electrician installed the cooker hood and when the two lights were turned on ( which are very close to the wall tiles ) the light just catches the edges of the glass tiles and shines through, causing shadows on the grout lines below/top of tiles below, which looks odd. The grout is as flush as can be so that's not the issue.

Any thoughts anyone?

Deklon.

Only options I can see would be to either change the extractor to one where the lights are not close to the wall, change the tiles or just don't use the light. Your pretty restricted. Have you got any pics you can post up which may give us a better idea for other options?

Sounds to me it just the way the light catches it,shine a light just at the right angle and you would find blemishes on jessica albas fine features 🙂
