Julian, mate i don't think your prices are high,im lucky to get about get £35m2 for stone, would love to get more but id just be sat at home, i can still make a good wage .
And the multi trader bit is a dig at a few on here who think we all should hire tradesmen to put things like doors/plinths back on 😉
Radim the buffer is ok , saves on elbow grease , a bigger un would be better 🙂

the last thing i want to be is a multi trader, i am more than happy to try and master one trade.......

Hang on, can gardeners cut grass, prune and turf , multi traders bloody everywhere.
And on alan tishmarsh (bad speller) i had to watch hos garden program last night as the wife gave him the putting green flags and holecups FOC ,they rang her and asked if she would supply for a mention on his website so she did and they didnt mention her ✊
