Phoned a guy tonight about a price and is as follows...
All 600x600 polished porcelain, 35m2 in an open room 15m2 in a thin hallway so alot of cutting.
Floor has laminate flooring so unsure of condition of screed floor.
7 steps and risers to have old tiles hacked off and replaced with again, polished porcelain and step nosing to supply.
Tiles supplied by them, unsure weather pre-sealed or not.
Priced at £2200 now I feel perhaps a tad strong.
He told me another tiler had quoted £1500 but would be tile over tile on the treads and risers.
