I dropped a day rate clanger mate...if I cracked on tomorrow and got it finished my customers getting a 28 m floor leveled and tiled in 800's for £*** i can't for shame do that, my bad

New mate...big old farmhouse do up, customer had 3 tilers in doing the metro and ceramic bathrooms, all of a sudden it came to the kitchen and conservatory floors in 800's and they "ahem " hadn't got time so he found me on google :| agreed on the kitchen prep and round an island on dayrate, did that last month and it just sort of carried on at dayrate...ah well

Place on a hard flat surface and smash all round edges with a hammer. Im a messy sod so i do it frequently
