hi there i was wondering if anyone could help...Ive recently had my bathroom completly done in black and cream porcelain tiles and i cant seem to clean them without them drying white. the tiles are of a slate texture so are relatively hard to clean anyway. The grout also is grey. can anyone advise....please:mad2:

Hello..you need to activate your account..you should have an email to link back to the forum ...if not let me know herer and i can send you another activation code out..

As for your problem....are they through bodied porcelain..?

may sound extreme, but if you have access to an orbital sander, try buffing them with a dry felt pad:thumbsup:

what does through bodied mean. sorry im a novice. i clean the bathroom i didnt lay it. thanks for the reply

through bodied means that the biscuit ie the clay body of the tile is the same colour right through, from the back to the face

Bendibird.try using a haze remover....something like lithofin cement away or ltp grimex..

Once you get th em clean and dry then seal them...use lithofin FZ impregnator or ltp MPG sealer.

I will get some tomoro and give it a try thank you for the advice and hopefully it works:daisy:
