Black tiles after hard chemical cleaning products - Tile Advice

Hi ! I’m a homeowner without any tiles related knowledge. So recently i use this hard chemical cleaner productbon my black bathroom tiles and right after that, it leaves white residues all over the black tiles and grout😭 how do i restore the colour back? Is it possible? I can’t stand looking at the tiles even after scrubbing and cleaning 😭😭 helppp
