just work super clean, seal once laid, grout, seal again. thats the plan. anything i should know?assuming they get fixed correctly, what about the cleaning and sealing procedure @Makone
i've been told by the builder that laitence has been removed. the screed was laid three months ago so hopefully its gone off..The Anhydrate-Screed needs to be prepped properly!
1) Calcium-Carbide Moister measurement test. The moisture can't exceed 0.5% (with UFH 0.3%)
2) Laitence layer removed
3) Prime
4) Tiling can begin
5)Decoupling is not needed, to avoid cracking(longevity) movement joints need to be installed correctly!

I already stated the sub floor wasn't good but a decoupler would have gave the floor a chance to last at least a certain length of time.Stef, that floor is knackerd anyway no Matter what your fixing to it.
When you have been tiling as long as I have then 2 years is not that long ago...........June 2014?? You stated that it wasn't long ago, I wouldn't like to hang around waiting on you for a meeting Tom!!
The stone looks damp. They will lighten when drying out.
