Take a look at this for a job. 2 and half days work.

Partner told him to stop and leave but wouldn't until she paid £300.

That is 100% unacceptable. By refusing to leave a premises without payment they have committed offences under the consumer rights act for which they could be prosecuted. They have also committed offences under the supply of goods and services act by not conducting the work with reasonable care and skill.

Thanks for the heads up. My partner so was so flustered she didn't know what to do.

Tried to call 3 times but now my calls are being rejected.

Holy F***
I would be on the phone to the police........refusing to leave a woman's own home unless she hands over a large sum of money.

But they told me they wanted it done as cheap as possible....

I feel sorry for you to have this but really sorry that your wife had to deal with this person . That sort of behaviour gives trades a bad name .

It's rather "creative" in its setting out.

Absolute shocker. Definitely in the top ten worst

This for me wins the worst job ever certainly for lazy cuts, I mean who actually does that...stands back and say's ..yeah that's good.

Looks like he's tiled straight to chipboard too?

I agree.

This has to be the worst attempt at tiling I have ever seen anywhere, ever.

A whole new level of nasty!

Demanding money with menaces is a criminal offence

I'm on a tiling course at the moment, but I'm sure I could have done a better job than that even before I started. Absolutely terrible. I'd write him a letter demanding the money back or you'll take legal action through small claims court.
