Cordless grinder 😉I tend to use my wet cutter inside in winter couldn’t be bothered standing outside holding electricity in the pouring rain
I’ve got a Rubi nd200 and also got a variable speed grinder. I’m using my grinder more than my wet saw
I had an nd 200 and then got nd 180 the proper one not bl or anything like that because I had a bridge saw for larger tilesThe Rubi ND200 is the basic model for a professional tiler, the ND180 more for DIY
Have you ever tried the little Bricollina? Best small wet saw for around the same money as the nd180 and the cleanest of them all imoI had an nd 200 and then got nd 180 the proper one not bl or anything like that because I had a bridge saw for larger tiles
No but if get another wet cutter that could be top of the listHave you ever tried the little Bricollina? Best small wet saw for around the same money as the nd180 and the cleanest of them all imo
Off top my head I think it’s around 3,00-1100. Comes in handy when polishing and cleaning cuts. I was using different blades at different speeds to get good cuts on the marble.Brilliant. I have a cordless grinder. I’m thinking about getting a variable one to use for polishing. Do variable speed grinders offer any advantage when cutting? Do diffent tiles cut better at different speeds? What are the speed settings on that bosch?![]()
Forgot to say, @whitebeam gave me a brilliant tip about nd200 a while back, use a 9 inch paint tray instead of the tray Rubi supplies and it will leave the shallow end sticking out a bit to make it quick and easy to refill and a lot less messyRubi nd200 for me. Great value for money. Does all I need it to
And a cordless grinder too.
I used to do that as I broke my rubi trayForgot to say, @whitebeam gave me a brilliant tip about nd200 a while back, use a 9 inch paint tray instead of the tray Rubi supplies and it will leave the shallow end sticking out a bit to make it quick and easy to refill and a lot less messy
a lower speed, avoids overheating of the blade.Brilliant. I have a cordless grinder. I’m thinking about getting a variable one to use for polishing. It must’ve been a couple of years since I got my wet cutter out.
Variable grinder?
