It is way to make product as WEDI board. You have to get this - BASF Group: Plastics - Styrodur: Styrodur® 2500 C and then put something like this broken link removed , inserting into the first coat Fiberglass mesh. It should work.

Yes, i gave BASF as a example of styrodur, there is a lot of things cheaper then Basf and PCI, i just dont know exacly what is on your market. You dont need workshop you can do it on site. It is much cheaper then Wedi.

If you sell serivce and material you will earn more that way.

Not if Im writing the spec you dont! M40's are there for a reason, its to protect the sub-contractor from defects and liability. Polish if your coming over to work on a big site, you wont have time to make anything in the workshop trust me on that.

hmm I wrote this just to show what wedi board is. I dont do this often but sometimes it is a way. I have never charged someone for wedi if i sell other thing. All i wanted to show is just material, not teach you how do the job.

i think we all know what the componat's are that go in to the make up are, and we all realize it's a rip -off but if it's spec then use it and then everything is OK in la la land
