Righty ho then, need urgent help on this as the guy needs a price ASAP, and so do i 😀 here goes.

FLOOR, 3m2 Ceramic 300x300, Tiles Supplied.
Lift glued down lino on Tonge and Groove floorboards, will be overplying so may leave down (Advice on that please)

WALLS, 15m2 Tiles Supplied. Ceramic.
Remove 15m2 tiles and possibly make walls good.
Fit tiles and a border.

All sanitry ware will be left in place (customers request). Cheers.

floor-40 to ply out and 75 to prime and lay tiles you supply adhesive and grout and Silicon.

375 for walls plus 75 for taking off tiles and making walls good.

Think this is a fair price. BRI

BTW forgot, no window reveals or door to tile round, just more or less straight forward flat walls.

No. no tanking, he has a rarther feeble shower and never uses it apparently.
