suitable sealer and grout for this terracotta

Hi, got another post regarding these but thought Id post in here too as the other post is in the pricing forum in arms.

Wondering what approach you guys would take on these? look uber porous! about 25mm thick.

which sealing method?

which grout?

Yo be tiled on a 45 within a frame. About 10mm tolerance in each tile.

For me it would always be boiled linseed oil and sand/cement.

Do you use admix with your sand and cement too? if so what ratio?

Just boiled linseed or would you thin it out? Finish with linseed too? Or use other product for final seal?
