First tiling, need some advice on trowel, adhesive and grout - Tile Advice

Hi All and thank you in advance. I'm DIY'er with quite good general understanding and capable of using of tools
This will be my first adventure with tiling(well done few tiles then and there, but not from start to finish).
I wanted to renovate our en-suite, we live in timber frame house, floor is 18mm floor board. I want to lay tiles on walls 2 and floor, install shower tray and wall hung toilet.
I was thinking that I would remove old plasterboard and install 12mm No More Ply instead. Tiles that we will use are Attingham 40x15cm, floor would be 6mm NMP screwed in to 18mm floorboards with recessed area for shower tray. Tiles for floor are Lato 30x32 (small mosaic) and will be level with shower tray. NMP would be screwed, glued and primed with SBR primer. Would it need to be waterproofed with i.e Mapei kit or SBR would be enough?
I was about to get Rubi du-200 evo as we are planning to do some more tiling in the future. Is there any point in changing stock blade, I'm not sure if it's any good for tiles that I'm gonna use, or there is something better which would make job easier?
What throwel I should be using for floor and walls (I was thinking 10-12 for floor, 8-10 for walls).
I'm not sure what adhesive I would need to get? S2 or smth else? What adhesive you would recommend ... make/name?
In terms of grout I was looking into Fugalite Bio? Would it be suitable? Maybe there is something better?
I was thinking to start tiling from walls (top corner) and progress to the floor, leaving bottom row. Corner tiles would be beveled. Next, grout walls and move to laying the floor. Once completed I would cut bottom row for walls and finish grouting walls and floor. Would it be correct approach?

The manufacturer of NMP sells a wetroom system which includes a tanking kit so I'll assume NMP must be tanked in a wet area.
For your walls use any decent powder standard set adhesive on your ceramic tiles., whatever make you can get locally. DO NOT just start tiling with a full tile at the ceiling and work down. Set out properly first and leave out the bottom row, but tile upwards. If you don't know how to set out properly then hire a professional to do the tiling.
Use whichever trowel gives you correct coverage on the wall tile. Try the 8mm first - trowel adhesive on the wall, lay a tile and then lift it off and see how good the transfer of adhesive is from the wall to the tile. If there is not enough coverage then try the 10mm. When you have selected your trowel and begin your actual tiling, put a very thin skim of adhesive on the back of the tile before setting it on the wall (back buttering).
When you mention bevelling the corners do you mean mitring? If so, you are wasting your time on an internal corner because you should silicon the joint anyway.
DO NOT use a 12mm trowel for mosaic tiles as all the adhesive will squeeze out between the mosaics and you will make a terrible mess. You might find a 6mm too much - test it out first. Make sure the floor is as flat as you can get before tiling it because the mosaics will follow every little bump and it will look terrible. You will need to use a decent S1 flexible rapid set powder adhesive on the floor as the mosaics are porcelain. If you can source a semi-rapid locally that might be better.
Fugalite Bio is an epoxy grout. It's expensive and more difficult to work with than a non-epoxy grout. I don't think you need it here but if you want to use it then go ahead but make sure you buy the other Fugalite products that you need and have some decent sponges to hand.
I don't know anything about the DU200. The standard blade seems to cover ceramic tiles only so not recommended for your mosaics but ok for the wall tiles.
I'm not a professional so take my advice on that basis.

What do you mean here? Silicone bead only or silicone into gap and grout on top?

Porcelain blade - unless you can recommend something better, reasonably priced

Silicone only - same colour as grout

S1 is fine. Any make will do. If you go with Bal grout then get Bal adhesive.

What grout you would recommend make/type, does it need to be flexible as well?

Topps do Bal Micromax. That would be ok, and they make a colour matched silicone sealant.

The stock blade will be fine for ceramic, as will the porcelain blade you linked.
