SLC on Ditra? Yay or nay?

Got into a bathroom, builders done the prep and the floor is well out of level, high point in the middle running out to the edges. So can you slc the ditra? Or will it produce a cold joint and defeat the object?

before the ditra imo, although if I remember correctly, schluter say that it can be done either way.

Ditra is already down courtesy of the builder. hate not getting to do my own prep

SLC over the top is fine as long as the SLC is suitable

As per Rich, slc is fine over Ditra.

I have used slc over decoupling mat, I checked with Mapei tech first, they said no probs.

I've done it with Ditra a couple of times, but I do prefer to slc then Ditra.......

Yeah I'd rather SLC then ditra usually. It's on top of 18mm wbp.

You should be fine as long as the ply is fixed down properly.
