hi, tiled a kitchen worktop lately in polished porcaline, and over night, my mates wife opened up the sealer and sealed it, (told them not to touch anything), and now theres handprints and smears that she cant clean off. it aint my problem as they sealed it before i finished but it is my job and dont want it to look shabby.

Would the sealer stop the handprints coming off?
What can i do to if so?

You could try applying some more sealer as this sometimes makes it possible to remove excess sealer that has been applied. But test a small area first. If not you will need to use a sealer & coating remover to strip it off.

Have you seen it yourself? Does it look like hand prints IN the sealer or grease and oily hand prints on the face of the tile that has then been sealed over?

Either way I think enduro is bang on the money.

she said she cleaned them first with soapy water, then when they dried she sealed it.
