School Boy Error.

Marked non slip floor tiles with marker, laid them, 2 days later go to grout and remembered I forgot to rub off marker just after cutting with wet saw and now the numbers won't rub off 🙁 any tips on how to remove it.

one of the reasons I don't use marker pens if there porcelain then your up against it wexoff may do the trick but could remove any factory sealer.if its to bad then its a possible replace job

Permanent marker or general felt tip ?

Nail polish remover might work on ceramics. There's a glaze on there that shouldn't be damaged at all by nail polish remover. It might be worth finding an offcut and using the same marker on it. Leave it a couple of days. Then test lots of things on that. Knock yourself out and write the alphabet on a bit of tile and you've got 26 test spots then lol

As Dan says Acetone is a good cleaner but you might want a slight abrasive as well . Lithofin Abra clean is a good product as well , as long as there is no bleed into the tile biscuit.

WD40 is also a goodun. Obviously, test somewhere else first LoL!
