I had to do a tiled skirting in a bathroom this morning for a builder, as the customer changed her mind and wanted a tiled skirt after i had gone..When i got there the customer said could i tile a splash back in downstairs loo as the plumber had replaced a basin. He has left two sheets of stone mosaics which will be enough she said...opened the box and probably two sheets of mosaics there but not one of them was on the backing they were all loose in the box...i closed the box and told her the plumber can put them up...:lol:

I can hear it now "the tiler will stick them on no problem, it's what he does". Doesn't matter what trade type a person has, passing on the chore like that quite rightly deserves it to backfire. I bet you £5 he doesn't do it though. 😀 😀
