Hi all. My daughter had a tiling job done in her kitchen while she was away last week. I stayed at her house while he was there. On her return she has found a few snags. What do you think to these. She has messaged the tiler about these and he has said he will call back but I am doubtful. Can anything be done to sort these snags.

The patchy grout can be. You can use mapei fuga Fresca unfortunately the rest cannot be sorted without removing the problem tiles/ areas

Thank you for your reply. We will have to try that. Do you know what happened in the first photo? He did say he would call back but he hasn't.
