Hi everyone, my name is Sam I am the new Training & Development Manager at Diamond Training Centre.
I am responsible for ensuring that the highest levels of tuition are maintained at the centre and that all students enrolling on a course are given the most in depth training possible.
Since coming on board in September, I have worked closely with Danny to develop the way courses are structured and delivered at the centre.
We are now also working in partnership with Chichester College, to deliver NVQ Levels 2 & 3 funded by Train to Gain.
By restructuring the way the courses are delivered, we are now able to enroll students attending a course at the centre onto the NVQ programme and start compiling evidence portfolios from day one.
We have also taken on a fully trained and experienced Business Start Up Lecturer, to deliver business start up sessions through out the course. This is to ensure that all students completing our course are given the best chance possible of building a successful business.
