I've got one of these Marc, what tread nut do you use to lock it to the grinder, I find my Milwaukee quick release, and the standard one both sit proud of the sanding plate

Regular one that comes with the grinder, put it on upside down.

Errrrm yeah, but it's nothing like the STL andy, that's a different beast altogether.
The STL is a cutting blade as well as a polishing blade and very different to use.
I'll review the STL soon, as soon as I understand it a bit better.

I had ago at polishing and I need more practice.. When I though my first attempt was good, I put a straight edge up against it I could of cried haha.

Yes mate, a very different price, but it's a very different blade. It's much more versatile and a lot harder wearing.

What were you trying to polish mark?

He was trying to rectify a cut edge on a 10mm Florim, then realised very quickly, it takes a bit of practise. 😀
