Loft extension completed in the summer, we have large tiles in the bathroom and they have a hairline crack from floor to ceiling through 6 of them

The builder says it is 'settling' issues

We are not convinced

At a minimum what should be done? Tiles removed and reapplied?

Is it potentially a structural problem?

Who could I ask for advise and a second opinion

Noted to stop using the bathroom

Kind regards

Shrinkage on a floor to wall join, but not vertically on a wall.
nobody minds a bit of filling and decorating, but cracked tiles are his problem. (Is it a dormer roof?)

we have had a very dry and hot summer so shrinkage should be minimal.
