Mate it looks like you could pull both of those out the ground and stick them by his garage for him.

What the hell has he fixed them with there? lol

Rested them on the floor and used a 1 inch sand/gravel mix to 'bed' them in?

Aww gawd!!

Yes I am trying to work out what to do

1) Just hide it (repair it)
2) Knock on his door and tell him that HIS post damaged HER car (as suggested above)
3) Ask the local PCSO to go round there and have a word
4) Deny all knowlege
5) Remove the thing completly !!!!

At the moment I might try to repair it

I personally wouldn't do anything and if he comes round to your house I'd tell him to do one - don't forget this is the guywho was throwing spray cans at you in your car not very long ago.

I'd put a bandage on it.


Joking aside though. The posts are on public property aren't they? Surely you could actually do him for causing an obstruction? Damages to your wifes car due to the obstruction making it difficult to get out of your space.
Posts are quite low, i should imagine difficult to see if reversing up to them 😉

remove them just dont damage them, get him out when your finished and hand them to him so you wont be liable if he falls over them. or put up your owns just inside your property

i would tell him you are going to sue him send him a letter and then do nothing else

for someone that is desperate to keep people off his property he seems to have no problem standing on next doors roof or placing his 'keep out' sign half way over the other neighbours boundry line

Oh OK so latest update is that I managed to prop it up with rocks and pebbles (used a broom to sweep dust into the cracks)

So its weighed down with dirt at the moment. Spoke to his neighbour and she said he goes away for Christmas on the 20th December for weeks.
At the moment its "leave it" and see if he notices.

If we get to Dec 20th without incident I MIGHT just MIGHT try to lash up a base plate and fix it down.
