nothing wrong with it, just use it when you have to. not easy to work with but i haven't used the one you recomend. is it different in some way?

The Easypoxy has been around a while, unfortunately there is a stigma attached to epoxy resin grouts & adhesives. Not so many years back, epoxy grout was a nightmare, I re-grouted a pool in Lancaster, the whole poolside incl. I vowed never again, but got another smaller job in Silverdale for a pool for handicapped kids. Bal Easypoxy was used on that one and it was a dream compared with the other....Gaz

i use bals easypoxy and its a skoosh to work with, believe me far easier than other makes.. gaz you owe me a ---> :8:

Epoxy is not a problem if you mix and apply small batchs.
Most guys who hate it have tried to do too much at once and it turned into bubble gum/treacle as they were applying.
Did that to me the first time and so I changed my methods.
Small batchs
lots of water
white scrub pads
get your joints perfect and then move to the next section
Epoxy gives a nice look and has almost zero maintenance and the light colors still look like the first day, years later .
It is a superior product.
If it gives you grief, just keep at it and you will master it eventually.

dont know if anyone has mentioned this but you could always use sealguard on your light coloured grout, is come in a spray, and is mainly used for sealing stone but it also seals grout, when grout looks dirty in can be cleaned with a mild detergent(crap speeling sorry!!!!)
