evening all. i have allways, allways sworn by marsheltown trowels. but i have now got a 12mm notched rubi, and it doesn`t half give me a blister!. so i will soon ditch this and go back to my marsheltown.

It's a different shaped handle , so you will get used to it....blisters..stop gripping so hard.

marshalltown for plastering, rubi for tiling, and as whitebeam says, wooden handles, for me anyway:thumbsup:

my rubi trowels gave me blisters aswell but i find them better to use and easier to clean.....they are the rubber handles! got used to them and as dave said i found that not gripping them too hard stopped the blisters:thumbsup:

Just bought my first rubi trowel last month. Tried a few trowels and liked the rubi best. Just horses for courses 'suppose!

I got my trowels from nett they have wooden handles but i don't know what make they are but i like them, also got a rubber handled rubi and i find it ok also.
