Got to remove some tiles from kitchen splash back...tiles are on plasterboard, which is dot and dabbed to wall. Removing tiles is removing plasterboard also. Ok to cut out plasterboard and replace just in the splashback area?

Cheers

Yes no problem. When removing tiles from plasterboard i sometimes just cut the board and remove the lot. A lot quicker and cleaner.

Yep thats what i'm thinking run a grinder or multimaster round the lot and cut it out...dot and dab replace. Thankyou Sir!

just pull some of the plasterboard away so you can try and see as much of the wires as you can. Better to be safe than sorry.

And try not to catch the cabinets or work surfaces, that could cost you a few quid to replace!

Lol good shout, could be a painful death grinder + electrocution! sometimes you need reminding about these things!
